Congratulations!

Today we made some wedding cards for the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex! We are going to post them to the Palace and hope for a reply!

Beacon fell!

We've had an amazing day at Beacon Fell today! We were busy making dens, exploring the woodlands, having a picnic, rolling down hills, playing on the fun trail, making a fire and having hot chocolate and marshmallows! Thank you Mr Harvie for a fantastic time!

Ugly bug fun!

We've had a fab day today celebrating the end of our minibeast topic.

We started the day by making ladybird strawberries

Next it was party time and we played music bumps and musical statues!

We'd worked up an appetite so ate the party snacks we have been busy making.

After our snack some snails decided they needed a slither outside!

We finished off the day by welcoming parents into school to enjoy some activities with their children. Thank you for a brilliant turn out!

Not so ugly bugs!

What a fabulous effort from our reception children today! Thank you so much for making, buying and creating some amazing costumes for our ugly bug ball!

Who says maths is boring?

Reception used torches today to help with number formation. They loved it!

Bye bye butterflies!

Today was an emotional day as we said goodbye to our butterflies. The children were amazed to see the butterflies up close and ecstatic to see them fly high and over the school building.

Beach!

Reception had a fab day at the beach! We made Minibeast beach art, warmed up in a 'Bothy bag' and had a game of football!
