Clean up your act!
Reception have been learning about the affect litter has on our local environment and creatures. After a discussion, the children decided it would be a good idea to go and see if there was any litter to pick up around our school.
We put on gloves and found bin bags, then off we went.
What we saw outside school was shocking!
So much rubbish to collect. The children all really enjoyed picking up the litter, and were surprised at what they found.

After only around 10 minutes of collecting our bin bags were full. The children were adamant they would not drop litter anymore!
